The disadvantage is that the ground floor has a lower level of privacy compared to the upper floors, and the apartment cannot be seen in its finished form at this stage.

Dramalj is a few minutes' drive from Crikvenica, while the sea and promenade are accessible on foot. A car is used for shopping and most amenities.

In practice, most of the day here is spent outside, the living room door remains open, and the terrace takes on the function of an additional living space, which distinguishes this apartment from classic closed units of similar size.
