The apartment on the first floor of a new building in Šilo is located just 100 meters from the sea, and the covered terrace offers a view of the sea. The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. During the summer, most trips to the beach do not require a car or finding a parking space.

The apartment is sold unfurnished, so the new owner determines the style of decoration and the choice of equipment. This brings additional costs after the purchase, but there is no removal of the old kitchen or replacement of worn-out furniture. The property is subject to VAT, which means that the buyer does not pay real estate tax, which reduces the total cost of the purchase.

The entrance is via a shared staircase. There is no private access like with houses or ground floor units, which can be an important detail for some buyers in everyday use.

With seaside properties, the view and distance from the coast are usually the first things that determine long-term value. Here, both items are already solved, and new construction allows for moving in without additional construction work.
