Apartment S4 is located on the first and second floors of a newly built building in a quiet part of Vodice, approximately 900 m from the sea and the center.

The apartment has 72.46 m of living space and consists of a kitchen connected to the dining room and living room with an area of 30.30 m, a storage room, a hallway, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living area opens onto a covered balcony of 9.75 m, while the apartment also includes a large roof terrace on the second floor with an area of 85.40 m.

The roof terrace provides additional outdoor living space, and it is planned to have installations for a summer kitchen and a jacuzzi. The apartment comes with two parking spaces.
