Location, location, location!

In the very heart of Premantura, just a few steps from the recognizable tower, but still somewhat hidden from the main street, this charming stone house from 1940 is located. Close enough to everything that makes Premantura alive, yet tucked away enough to preserve the peace and privacy of your own yard.

On approximately 90 m², spread over three floors, the house offers a pleasant space for living and relaxing. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, while on the first floor and in the attic there is one bedroom each. From the top floor there is a view of the sea, over the old roofs of Premantura.

The original Italian stone house has preserved much that makes it special. Thick stone walls provide natural insulation, while wood, green sheds and numerous old details remind of another time. The roof was renovated in 2018, but the house has retained its original character and the recognizable warmth of old Mediterranean homes.
What is particularly interesting about this house is not only the square footage and the layout of the rooms, but everything that happened between them. Numerous old details, wood, stone, windows, stairs, colors and various small traces of past times have been preserved. And that's why the house has a soul.

It also has color. Lots of color.
Yellow outside and inside, green joinery, wood, old roofs and small sheltered spaces create an atmosphere that is quite far from today's often very similar new construction.
Behind the house is a pleasant and intimate yard, with space for a table, socializing and barbecue, and at the end of it there is also a small storage room. The car can be parked in front of the house, while a smaller vehicle could also fit in the yard.

The location is one of its biggest advantages: the center of Premantura is literally there, but the house is not on the main street. The tower is a few steps away, and shops, cafes and everything that makes up the everyday life of this small town are within easy reach.
And maybe that's why the Premantura Golden Clock describes this house so well. Not because it is perfect, but because it is alive, colorful and warm.

And Premantura? It is a place that has its own rhythm, character and special energy. There is also the famous Safari Bar, trails through Mediterranean vegetation, opportunities for kayaking, diving and surfing, and even dinosaur footprints that remind of the incredibly long history of this landscape. Kamenjak is special in every season, not just in the middle of summer.

At the same time, Premantura is not a place where life is reduced only to the sea and nature. On the contrary, it has a surprisingly lively gastronomic and social scene. Numerous restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, cafes and bars offer a variety of options, from relaxed morning coffee to long dinners with fish, seafood and Istrian specialties. During the season, the place comes to life with additional content, meetings and events, and lovers of active vacations can enjoy sea sports, cycling and hiking trails, and excursions in the surrounding area.
All this is within easy reach, and Pula and its city amenities are only ten kilometers away.

This is exactly the charm of this location: you can live in an old stone house, in the middle of a place that has its own history and soul, walk to a restaurant for dinner, drink a coffee in the sun, and then head to the sea that seems to have remained far from the busy world.
