From the hallway on the first floor, spiral stairs lead to an uncovered terrace that extends over the entire surface of the house. The terrace is enclosed by a wall, and one part is enclosed by a new hand-forged fence. The terrace offers an open, permanent view of the sea and Soline Bay. The house also has a separate entrance to the tavern / cellar. The structure between the floors of the house is concrete. The house is in excellent condition, well preserved and maintained. It has great potential both for living and for tourism.
