Gas central heating controlled by the app (Netatmo) to always have the ideal temperature you want - while you sleep it is a healthy lower temperature, and then it warms up before you need to get out of bed. While you are at work, the lower temperature in the apartment is just ideal when you come home from work, saving on utility costs with maximum comfort.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has an LG C3 OLED TV, and below it a Sonos soundbar, which can be connected to the Sonos One speaker in the bedroom. There is also a Hyundai air conditioner controlled by the app.

In addition to the large built-in wardrobe, things can also be stored under the bed (such as winter clothes).

The room that was used as a study and exercise room can be converted into an additional bedroom (you just need to get a bed). It has a small desk, a designer armchair, as well as smaller built-in wardrobes.

KITCHEN
