Selected tiles again in high quality from the Italian manufacturer Panaria, sanitary ware from the German brand Villeroy & Boch. In the kitchen and living room is used yellow Benkovač stone. The outdoor areas and especially the terraces are then lined with white, high quality Brač stone. For the record, the same stone was used for the cladding of the white house in Washington. The stone on the island of Brač is distinguished by its high whiteness.

A new asphalt road will soon be built around both villas. This will be built by the local municipality, and the developer has already paid the obligatory contribution for the construction of this infrastructure.
