We are mediating the sale of a spacious three-story house in the old center of Kaštel Lukšić.



Kaštel Lukšić is one of the seven Kaštels that make up the city of Kaštela. The settlement is located along the coast of the Kaštela Bay between Kaštel Stari and Kaštel Kambelovac. It is best known for its small streets and the beautiful Vitturi castle, whose walls are broken by waves, and it is also decorated with the status of the Museum of the City of Kaštela.



This spacious three-story house is located just a few meters from the castle.



It consists of 3 floors of separate residential units that are interconnected by an internal staircase.



The house was built in the old style of construction of roughly formed concrete and brick, in 1908.



On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a kitchen from which you enter a large, slightly buried tavern, a room that was designed as a living room but at this stage serves as a storage room, a smaller storage room under the stairs, a corridor that leads to the northern exit from the house from which you enter in an additional room that serves as a workshop.



On the first floor is the second unit consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room.



On the last, third floor, there is also a residential unit with two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room. A smaller corridor that leads to a balcony with a wonderful view of the old part of the city.



From the living room there is an exit to the roof terrace of the house, which is oriented southeast.



The house has been protected as a cultural monument since 1970, based on the decision of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments in Split, and since 2013, based on the decision of the Ministry of Culture, it has the status of a cultural asset.



The house needs a complete renovation, but the entire space can be opened due to the parts of the house that are not made of cast concrete but are made of beams.
