Decorative walls are exact replicas of the original as are all interior doors. Smart house is an integrated and surround system by Bang&Olufsen. Underfloor heating and cooling. Solar collectors are installed on the hidden part of the palace roof, making it sustainable. Complete silence and isolation from the outside world, 3 layers of sound insulation in the floors. Decorative walls are exact replicas of the original as are all other interior doors. The windows are made of solid wood, painted in polar white with double-glazed glass. The frames are made by a special factory that renovates the windows of the palace building.  The apartment is completely energy efficient. Bathroom and kitchen floors are replicas of the original stone, with underfloor heating.  One of the largest and most prestigious world awards in the field of architecture, construction, interior design and real estate business, the International Property Awards, this year went to the hands of the domestic architect Ante Vrban.
