Cooling is provided by fan coil units within a two-pipe heating and cooling system. Their primary function is cooling, while the system also enables rapid heating during transitional periods and supplementary heating in winter alongside underfloor heating during very low outdoor temperatures. Each apartment is equipped with an inverter hybrid air-to-water heat pump with a heating capacity of 14.5 kW and cooling capacity of 10.9 kW.
VENTILATION, HEAT RECOVERY & DEHUMIDIFICATION
Built-in ventilation is provided in rooms without natural ventilation. Mechanical ventilation is ensured through low-noise fans installed in all sanitary and utility rooms, each operated via a separate switch.
