In the wider area of the town of Krk, a project of four modern semi-detached villas is being built. Two have already been completed and sold, so the prospective buyer can view the finished property and check the quality of the finishing before making a decision. There are two more units left.

The living space is 129 m². The ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage room and a hallway, while the first floor is reserved for the living room, open-plan kitchen and dining room, and an additional toilet. The sea is about 2 km away, and Malinska and the town of Krk are a ten to fifteen minute drive. This means that you will most often need a car or bicycle to go to the beach, but the house is not exposed to the summer traffic jams and noise characteristic of the first line by the sea.

The completion of the turnkey construction is planned for November 2026, while the occupancy permit is expected in early 2027. Reservations are possible with a deposit of 10%, and the rest of the purchase price is paid only upon handover, which gives the buyer more time to organize financing.

The price includes VAT, so the buyer does not pay real estate tax. A new semi-detached house is for sale with clearly defined completion deadlines and the possibility of checking the quality of the work on already completed villas.
