The tranquillity of central Istria, with a major road connection practically around the corner.

The current owners have also addressed the issue of access. In order to facilitate entry into the courtyard while retaining the existing stable for passage, vehicle access and utility infrastructure, they have obtained a permanent right of use over part of the plot at the entrance.

Cerovlje is located in the heart of Istria, surrounded by green hills, forests and small Istrian settlements. The village has a long history, and its position along the old routes through central Istria played an important role in connecting the inland parts of the peninsula with the coast. Today, Cerovlje offers a peaceful setting for living, away from the tourist crowds, while remaining well connected to the rest of Istria. The Istrian Y motorway and the main road connections are only a few minutes away.
