There is also a terrace with the possibility of using the garden area of about 100 m2.
It is designed to accommodate a minimum of two and a maximum of three people and is especially suitable for workers. The rental price is €200 per person per month, with overhead costs included in the price.
A pellet stove is used for heating, and at least three outdoor parking spaces are available to tenants.
In the same house, a larger apartment is also rented on the first floor, also intended for housing workers, so the entire building can provide accommodation for a total of approximately 7 to 8 people.
