Piso de tres habitaciones Turnić, Rijeka, Turnić - Podmurvice, Rijeka

TURNIĆ, we offer an apartment for complete renovation consisting of two rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a pantry, a bathroom and a hallway. South orientation.

Turnić is a real treasure trove of people who grew up here in the sixties and seventies of the last century, and in many ways they have contributed to all branches of today's Rijeka culture, economy, and medicine. What makes it "especially special" is the fact that people who created the most important Rijeka punk bands grew up there. Territorially, one of the smallest Rijeka neighborhoods is one of the most important in the "flowing city" in terms of a number of elements. Turnić most likely owes its name to one of the towers that may have existed in that place in a number of historical periods. After all, the architects who designed the building of today's school on Turnić within the Art Nouveau framework were also guided by the appearance of the tower. Certainly, the Italian name for Turnić - Toretta - goes back to such thinking in the past.
