A hotel, restaurant, bistro and beach bar are available, and various entertainment programs for children and adults are organized during the season. The annual lease of the plot is €6,000 + the corresponding tax, i.e. a total of €6,800 per year. The lease agreement is concluded for five years, with the possibility of extension. The rental price includes the maintenance and lighting of the camp, as well as the care of the plants and the decoration of the common area, which contributes to a neat and pleasant environment.
