Casa unifamiliar 364 m², a reformar, Buzet

In the north of Istria, in the cute little town of Buzet, famous for its gastronomic delicacies, and mostly for its truffles, numerous waterfalls and streams, and extremely beautiful nature, on top of the hill in the old part of the town there is an old Istrian two-story house with a garden and a garage of 364m2.
On the ground floor of the house, as well as on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom.
From the first floor, a wooden staircase leads to a spacious, decorated attic with a high ceiling and wooden beams. It is ideal for building a gallery.
The house has a basement and a garage. It also has a yard with a wonderful view of Učka.
Since it has an entrance from two sides of the street, it can be converted into two residential units.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of cafes, restaurants, long walks along waterfalls and the river, Grada Hum - the smallest city in Croatia, and numerous monumental buildings.
