The project is built using carefully selected, high-quality materials and reliable brands. Schüco aluminium exterior joinery is being installed, with a façade insulated using mineral wool. Heating and cooling are provided by DAIKIN air-conditioning units, and underfloor heating is planned in the bathroom. At this stage, underfloor heating can be extended throughout the unit upon request. The floors are covered with oak parquet and high-grade ceramics, while bathroom equipment includes sanitaryware by Hans Grohe and Geberit.

Completion is expected in mid-2027.
