Both models offer full access to Falkensteiner facilities and services, including 5-star hotels, while owners earn rental income. Here is a detailed overview of the models: Classic Model Key features: Revenue sharing: Rental income is shared equally between Falkensteiner and the owner after a 15% commission for third parties is deducted. Flexibility: There are no restrictions on the owner's own use of the apartment within this model. Seasonal advantages: Owners can use their apartment even during the peak season (from the last Saturday in June to the first Saturday in September), provided it is not rented. Leisure Model Key features: Annual return: Guaranteed return of 3% on the net price of the apartment and furniture. Duration: Maximum 5 years of participation in the program.
