The project is being executed using carefully selected, high-quality materials and reliable brands. Aluminum exterior joinery by Schüco is installed, and the facade is constructed with wool thermal insulation. Heating and cooling are provided by DAIKIN air conditioning units, and underfloor heating is planned for the bathrooms. At this construction stage, underfloor heating can be installed throughout the apartment upon the buyer’s request. Floors are covered with oak parquet and high-class ceramics, and bathroom equipment includes sanitary ware from trusted manufacturers Hans Grohe and Geberit.
