In a quiet residential area of Kaštel Kambelovac, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, a new residential and commercial complex is under construction. It consists of three interconnected smaller buildings with a total of 12 apartments and 6 commercial units designed for quiet activities or conversion into residential use, in accordance with current regulations.

The project is being built using carefully selected, high-quality materials and reliable brands. Schüco aluminum exterior joinery is installed, and the façade features thermal insulation made of mineral wool. Heating and cooling are provided by DAIKIN air conditioning systems, and underfloor heating is planned in the bathrooms. At this stage of construction, full underfloor heating can be installed at the buyer’s request. The floors are finished with oak parquet and high-grade ceramics, while the bathrooms are equipped with sanitary fittings from trusted brands Hans Grohe and Geberit.

The expected completion date is mid-2027.
