Međukatna konstrukcija izvest će se punim armirano-betonskim stropnim pločama debljine 20 cm odnosno 22 cm. Temeljna ploča izvodi se u debljini 50 cm, a krovna ploča i terasa u debljini 20 cm. Završne obrade podova su u standardnoj izvedbi ovisno o namjeni prostora.
ZIDOVI: Predviđeno je grubo i fino žbukanje svih zidova. Vanjski zidovi se završno boje fasadnim bojama u tonu prema izboru projektanta. Unutarnji zidovi se nakon žbukanja boje polu-disperzivnim bojama. Zidovi sanitarnih čvorova oblažu se keramičkim pločicama u punoj visini i zidovi u kuhinji između gornjih i donjih kuhinjskih elemenata. Zidovi stambenih jedinica prema stubištu oblažu se sa 8 cm zvučne izolacije.
Pročelja građevine će se žbukati glatkom žbukom u većem dijelu. Toplinska zaštita izvodi se sa kamenom vunom debljine 14 cm. Prekidne udaljenosti na granicama požarnog sektora izvode se prema primijenjenim mjerama zaštite od požara.
PODOVI: Podovi unutar objekta izrađeni su kao plivajući podovi s estrihom debljine 5 cm na sloju elastificiranog polistirena (1+1) zaštićene folijom. Kod međukatne konstrukcije koja se nalazi između jedne i druge stambene jedinice dodaje se 2 cm zvučne izolacije.
U svim spavaćim sobama, hodniku, kuhinji, blagovaonici i dnevnom boravku završna obloga je parket koji se brusi i lakira mat lakom. U sanitarnim čvorovima na podove se polažu keramičke pločice vrhunske kvalitete na sloju ljepila, koju sam kupac može birati. Na terasama se izvodi beton u padu i hidroizolacija. Završna obrada su keramičke pločice koje se polažu u ljepilo.
STOLARIJA: Sva vanjska građevinska stolarija je PVC (vani – antracit, unutra – bijelo), ostakljena troslojnim IZO staklom. Zaštita od sunčevog pregrijavanja riješena je električnim roletama s vanjske strane.
GRIJANJE/HLAĐENJE: Primarni sustav - Koncept grijanja alternativnim sustavima temelji se na dizalici topline zrak/zrak (multisplit sustavi) s ekološki dopuštenom radnom tvari. Multisplit sustav sastoji se od vanjske jedinice i unutarnjih jedinica. Sekundarni sustav – Priprema tople vode za potrebe podnog grijanja i za potrebe pripreme PTV-a vrši se pomoću kondenzacijskog uređaja s integriranom pripremom potrošne tople vode (akumulacijski spremnik zapremnine 46 litara). The mezzanine structure will be made with solid reinforced concrete ceiling slabs with a thickness of 20 cm and 22 cm, respectively. The foundation slab is made in a thickness of 50 cm, and the roof slab and terrace in a thickness of 20 cm. Floor finishes are standard depending on the purpose of the space.
WALLS: Coarse and fine plastering of all walls is planned. The exterior walls are finished with façade paints in the tone chosen by the designer. Interior walls are painted with semi-dispersive paints after plastering. The walls of the sanitary facilities are lined with ceramic tiles at full height and the walls in the kitchen between the upper and lower kitchen elements. The walls of the residential units facing the staircase are sheathed with 8 cm of sound insulation.
The facades of the building will be plastered with smooth plaster for the most part. Thermal protection is carried out with stone wool 14 cm thick. Breaking distances at the boundaries of the fire sector shall be carried out according to the applied fire protection measures.
FLOORS: The floors inside the building are made as floating floors with a 5 cm thick screed on a layer of elasticated polystyrene (1+1) protected by foil. In the case of a mezzanine structure located between one residential unit and another, 2 cm of sound insulation is added.

JOINERY: All exterior joinery is PVC (outside – anthracite, inside – white), glazed with three-layer IZO glass. Protection against solar overheating is solved by electric blinds on the outside.
HEATING/COOLING: Primary system - The heating concept of alternative systems is based on an air/air heat pump (multisplit systems) with an environmentally permissible refrigerant. A multisplit system consists of an outdoor unit and indoor units. Secondary system – Hot water preparation for underfloor heating and DHW preparation is carried out using a condensing device with integrated domestic hot water preparation (46 litre storage tank). The availability of hot water at each consumption point in the apartment will be ensured by installing recirculation pumps. In each room there is air conditioning, duo split system LG Samsung.
VENTILATION: Ventilation of the space with windows is natural by opening the windows from time to time. Sanitary facilities will periodically be forced to ventilate using exhaust fans.
