In the very center of the town of Rab, there is a representative stone villa from 1931, built of solid quality stone and preserved over the decades so that it still stands firmly today as an example of old town construction. It was adapted in 2015, when renovations were made to the roof (new beams, boarding under the tiles), parts of the interior were arranged, and electrical installations were changed.
Due to the construction method, the house remains pleasantly cool in summer without the need for air conditioning. The exterior joinery is aluminum, the interior is made of larch, and the ceiling heights are around 3 meters, while the entrance hallway is about 4 meters high.

The villa consists of a ground floor, two floors, and an attic, offering a total of several residential and auxiliary spaces. On the ground floor, there is a space of 40 m2 with a separate entrance, suitable for a future business venture. The other part of the ground floor comprises a high entrance hallway (about 4 m high) leading to a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with a toilet. There are also two storage rooms on the same level.

The staircase leads to a half-floor, where there is a kitchen with access to a garden of approximately 100 m2. The first floor contains four rooms and two bathrooms with toilets. The second floor also has four rooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and a 40 m2 terrace overlooking the city harbor, while the other side of the terrace faces the city park forest. Above all, there is an attic of an additional 120 m2 serving as an attic space.

In the yard, there is an additional building of about 10 m2 that serves as a laundry room and tool shed. The heating in the house is electric.

The house has been well maintained and has been successfully functioning in tourism for years, with long-term guests returning season after season. The location is extremely practical: shops, restaurants, the city market, promenades, marina, cultural facilities, and historical landmarks of the old town are in close proximity. The city beach can be reached by a leisurely walk through the park forest in about ten minutes.
