Gas central heating controlled by an app (Netatmo) to always have the ideal temperature you want - while you sleep it's a healthy lower temperature, and then it heats up before you need to get out of bed. While you're at work, the lower temperature in the apartment is just ideal when you get home from work, and you save on utility costs with maximum comfort.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features an LG C3 OLED TV, and below it a Sonos soundbar, which can be connected to the Sonos One speaker in the bedroom. There is also a Hyundai air conditioner controlled by an app.

The newly renovated bathroom has underfloor heating, a modern flat-bottomed bathtub and Hansgrohe shower, a new Samsung washing machine and LED lighting with adjustable light intensity. The large bathroom cabinet allows you to store a lot of things in it.

The Samsung Frame OLED TV in the bedroom looks like a picture on the wall and has the latest technology. Multiple power sockets are located on both sides of the bed.
