In the municipality of Sukošan, in the Debeljak area, a modern semi-detached house with a pool is located.

The distance to the city of Zadar is 16 km via the express road, approximately 15 minutes by car. The nearest beach, in Sukošan, is 6 km away or an 8-minute drive. This beach is part of the most famous marina on the Adriatic. The town center is within one kilometer, offering all necessary amenities for daily life.

Nearby Debeljak are Zadar Airport (5 minutes) and Marina Dalmacija (8 minutes). Debeljak has direct access to the A1 highway via the express road, and the Knin–Zadar railway line passes through the village.
