Casa unifamiliar Pag, Pag

A three-story residential building with a gable roof and associated farm parts is part of a street row. It was built in the second half. 15th century as the palace of Pag noble family Mirković. The Mirković family was an old and respectable noble family from Pag whose origins date back to the Middle Ages.
The floor plan of the palace has the shape of the letter L, and up to the second floor it is built with large stone blocks, and beyond with stone blocks. The ground floor has a vehicular entrance with a pointed gable, and inside the courtyard is a well with a profiled crown. Two Renaissance coats of arms are installed on the courtyard facade. The sculptor Ivan Mirković was born there.

Although the Palace is currently in a ruined state, the breath of antiquity and history of this masterpiece is felt intensely, and as such represents a true motivation for a potential investor who, in addition to the proximity of the sea and the very center of the city, can think about the possible construction of a beautiful boutique hotel on 4 floors, or a spacious multi-story family house with a yard, the space would also be suitable for artistic affinities, in conclusion, numerous possibilities are open for the future investor.
Future reconstruction of the building is possible with the consent of the Ministry of Culture and the Zadar Conservation Department.
