The location is perfect for sailors and water sports enthusiasts: Trget harbor for small yachts and catamarans is a small fishing village on the southeast coast of Istria, where time seems to have stood still. Trget belongs to the municipality of Raša and is probably one of the last dreamy fishing villages in the Bay of Raša. It is not far from the town of Labin (11 km), where you will find all the stores for your daily needs.

It comprises almost 100 square meters of living space - on the first floor "open living room" with access to the terrace, connections for a kitchenette are set, as well as for a guest toilet. The floor is tiled and underfloor heating is pre-installed.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with access to the balcony and sea views. The installations for a bathroom with walk-in shower are also in place.
The property will be handed over in its current condition at the asking price. It goes without saying that the property can also be completely finished by the developer, in which case a price will be calculated according to the buyer's furnishing requirements.
