The house is located in the historic center of Kaštel Stari, close to the main town square, the waterfront with the new marina, the well-maintained beach, as well as all necessary and other interesting cultural - entertainment - service facilities.

Kaštela has excellent transport connections with the whole world. 5 - 15km from Kaštel Stari are: Split international airport, railway station, highway, international ferry port... Local bus line every 20 minutes connects Kaštela with Split and Trogir.

In mid-2025, a thorough, extremely high-quality, complete renovation of the house was completed using autochthonous, natural materials that were integrated into the environment with original design solutions, all with maximum respect for conservation requirements.

The living space of 95 m2 is organized on three floors with the following contents:
On the ground floor there is a fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances, a studio apartment with a separate entrance consisting of: a kitchen niche with a dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet.

External stone stairs lead to the first floor, where you enter an open-plan, split-level apartment; this level houses the sleeping area and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. An internal wrought-iron staircase leads to the upper level—featuring a kitchen, dining area, and living room—from which further stairs ascend to a gallery; this gallery opens onto a terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding Dalmatian townscape.
