Početak Naša priča započinje 1992. godine osnivanjem obiteljske tvrtke za izvođenje građevinskih radova i konzaltinga pod nazivom Vival. Pet godine kasnije, tvrtka mijenja naziv u Letan, ime od obiteljskog značaja koje je obilježilo procvat našeg poslovanja prihvaćanjem prvog većeg projekta, izgradnje stambene zgrade s ukupno pet katova i 28 stambenih jedinica u Gundulićevoj ulici u Puli. Nakon uspješnog dovršetka tog projekta, prihvaćamo još veći izazov – izgradnju stambeno-poslovne zgrade s ukupno 27 stanova i 3 poslovna prostora u Negrijevoj ulici. Ovi projekti, obilježeni kvalitetnom izvedbom i zadovoljnim klijentima, učvrstili su prepoznatljivost naše tvrtke na tržištu te osigurali kapital potreban za daljnje investicije i širenje u nove sektore. 2000. Uspjeh u građevinskoj industriji potaknuo nas je da pratimo sve brže rastući trend turističkog razvoja Istre i okušamo se u ugostiteljstvu. Time je započela nova faza razvoja naše tvrtke, koja se – osim gradnje i prodaje stanova – počela fokusirati i na pružanje profesionalnih ugostiteljskih usluga te catering servisa za vjenčanja i luksuzne evente. Ono što je 2000. godine započelo kao mali obiteljski restoran s nekoliko soba u Peroju, danas je dobro poznat hotel Villa Letan s ukupno 54 smještajne jedinice i 6 apartmana, koji već 25 godina pruža kvalitetnu uslugu turistima iz cijelog svijeta. Danas Unatoč brojnim globalnim krizama u posljednjih dvadesetak godina (globalna financijska kriza, COVID-19), tvrtka A.V. Letan i dalje uspješno posluje u oba sektora. To potvrđuje i uspjeh našeg catering servisa LF Catering, koji je danas jedan od najpoznatijih u Istri, kao i uspješno realiziran građevinski projekt u Peroju, koji uključuje četiri stambene zgrade s ukupno 40 stanova. Danas svoju priču nastavljamo kroz novoizgrađeni kompleks Peroj Living 2, u kojem je ostalo još nekoliko slobodnih jedinica, te novi projekt Šijana Gate Residence u poznatom pulskom kvartu Šijana, koji će obuhvaćati ukupno šest zgrada s 24 stambene jedinice.
