A stone villa with a swimming pool is located in the greenery of the Polača bay, only 50 meters from the sea. The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor with a very similar layout. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious living room with a dining room, which continues to a furnished terrace of 30 m2 with a view of the sea.
The terrace on the ground floor leads to the sunbathing area and swimming pool, next to which there is a storage room and a tavern. In warmer weather, the tavern serves as a summer kitchen, and in winter as a gathering place by the fireplace. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a large living room with a gym and a terrace below, which overlooks the sea and neighboring Sukošan. The house has a total of five bedrooms with bathrooms. Like the rooms, each bathroom is decorated differently. All the ceramics are Italian, while in the sink there are stones and placed on marble bases of old sewing Singer machines.

In the construction and restoration, which was completed in 2022, high-quality materials were used, all with the aim of preserving heritage and high functionality. The villa is thermally insulated, while all windows are made of PVC with aluminum shutters, along with two large aluminum sliding walls on each floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there is a fireplace in the living room and tavern. Solar panels are installed on the roof to heat water.

The old stone from Pašman gave this villa the soul of the island and old times. The house is full of antiques and old restored furniture, which also originates from Pašman. During the decoration, attention was paid to every detail, including the stone for the window and door sills, which originates from the island of Lavdara from the 20s of the last century. The internal walls are also made of stone and brick, complete with oak details.

The villa is equipped with all the necessary facilities for a year-round stay or rental. All objects and walls tell the story of Dalmatia and the islands, in a different and modern way, creating a space created for enjoyment at every moment.
